The Historic Hegarty Mansion
This much loved Clearfield County Landmark is located in Beccaria Township, Clearfield County Pennsylvania. The Distinguished Victorian Mansion is known for its beautiful exterior architecture and prized original interiors. The Mansion is among the most important historic homes of the nineteenth century Circa 1860 in Pennsylvania.
The Hegarty Mansion is a three and one half story Second Empire, Italianate Victorian Mansion consisting of 5600 square feet of living space in 27 rooms. The ceilings on the first floor are 12' feet in height and several windows on the first floor are 10' in height. The Mansion retains it original plaster walls, cornice mouldings and ceiling medallions. There are 5 fireplaces inside the home.
The property has a large 20' x 36' summer kitchen with fire place attached to the rear of the building. And a nearby secondary building that was once the company store.
Private Group Tours
Private Group tours are available to those who would love to explore and appreciate the beauty of the Hegarty Mansion. The entire interior has been restored back to its former glory. The Mansion has been filled with beautiful antique furniture, lovely linens, beautiful chandeliers and room after room of beautiful decorative Victorian accessories. Your tour will include a two hour visit covering 24 out of the 27 rooms in the mansion.
Booking Information
$15.00 per person includes a 2 hour tour of the Beautiful Hegarty Mansion. A minimum of 15 visitors is required to make a booking. A three week notice is required and Payment is due at time of booking. Dates are booked from January 1st to July 1st.
